Hi, my name is Kristin Jamieson, and I’ve been doing physical therapy and pilates for the past 26 years. My approach is centered around the belief that we need to be BOTH mobile and stable. There is magic in combining hands-on body work (to release tension and restore vitality to stagnant tissue), and then teaching the body what to do with that newfound mobility through strengthening. I use Pilates (a machine called a CoreAlign), Neuromuscular Re-Education, and traditional exercises to help people restore balance and optimal strength to their systems.

Based in Evergreen, Colorado, Laura Mehmert has been painting and teaching art for more than 40 years. "My grandmother gave me a set of oil paints at age 8, and I've been painting ever since." She began her career with watercolor and soon expanded into oil painting and sculpting.
We will be open as a retail store to sell Laura’s cards and a limited selection of paintings. Initially, hours will be by appointment only, then will increase with time.
