  • Check-In with your body daily, what is tight? What is in pain?

  • Get a sense of your baseline.

  • Keep track of energy levels, mood, stress levels, and basic nutritional and hydration habits.

  • 5 min video you can follow along with to check in with “every joint, every direction, every day”.

  • Label them as low, medium, or high priority.

  • Make notes about each exercise or activity.

  • Categorize them (mobility, stability, or emotional) then filter activities to only view certain ones.

    • Position (lying, sitting, standing)
